Hotel Intercontinental Cali, an IHG Hotel

After staying in other Cali hotels, I decided to treat myself to a stay at the Intercontinental for a few days. I felt like I was at a destination resort. I had already explored Cali prior to checking in to the Intercontinental, so for the most part, I stayed on property and was as happy as I could be. The rooms were clean, as were all public areas in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The five on-site restaurants offered an incredible variety of food and drink and the prices were reasonable, considering the premium location. The gym is large and offers a wide variety of equipment. The pool area is enormous and very clean. The on-site spa offered a variety of services. I had a sports massage and a foot reflexology treatment. Both were quite good. I was very happy there was an ATM and bank in the same building. As a single female traveler, I felt safe in the hotel area. Everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great, clean with friendly staff. The only negative that was on me was the the language with very few people speaking English. Suppose thats what you get in a Spanish speaking country.

Everything is well maintained and comfortable.
